The short version: we collect what you give us to match you with lenders, we share it only with lenders and service providers involved in your request, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.
What we collect
What you enter in the funnel (funding need, amount, business details, credit estimate, contact information), plus basic technical data like IP address and browser type when you use the site.
How we use it
- To show you where you stand and match you with lenders in our network
- To have an advisor contact you about your request
- To keep records the law requires us to keep, including your consent choices
Who we share it with
Lenders you may match with, and service providers that help us run this service (hosting, communications, CRM). We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing.
Credit checks
Seeing your options uses a soft inquiry only, which never affects your credit score. A lender runs a hard inquiry only if you decide to proceed with them, and they'll tell you before they do.
Security
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to people who need it to handle your request.
Your choices
- Opt out of calls or texts anytime — reply STOP to any text, or tell your advisor
