What Foothold is

Foothold matches businesses with lenders in our network. We are not a lender, we do not make credit decisions, and we do not guarantee that any lender will approve your request or offer particular terms.

Estimates are not offers

Match results, ranges, and labels shown on this site are estimates based on what you tell us. They are not offers of credit, commitments to lend, or pre-approvals. Only a lender can extend an offer, and required cost disclosures come from the lender in writing before you commit.

How we're paid

Using Foothold is free for you. Lenders pay us a fee when a match results in funding. This doesn't change the price a lender offers you.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information — matches are only as good as what you share
• Use the service for your own business, not on behalf of someone else without authority
• Review every lender document before signing it

Liability

We provide the service as-is. We are not responsible for decisions lenders make, terms they offer, or outcomes of financing you accept. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice.
